Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurse for a Cath Lab position specializing in Cardiac Cath and EP procedures. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, teaching hospital environment with a focus on cardiovascular interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cardiovascular procedures, including catheterizations and EP studies, ensuring patient safety and procedural accuracy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Monitor patient vitals and responses during procedures, making critical adjustments as needed.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including certification requirements and facility policies.
• Complete all required modules and certifications before start, including EKG and Pharm tests.
• Document all clinical activities accurately in the electronic health record system.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license with minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications at all times.
• Be NICOTINE FREE, with negative 10-panel drug screen including cotinine (Nicotine).
• Demonstrate proficiency in cardiovascular procedures and patient monitoring.
• Be flexible to float within scope across three hospitals within 20 miles.
• Ability to pass pre-employment modules and employed in a smoke-free environment.
