Work Schedule:

• Full-Time

• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM, depending on business needs)

• Days Off: Thursday and Friday

What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
• Prepare apartments for new residents with painting, touch-ups, and minor repairs
• Support the Maintenance Director with daily projects and community upkeep
• Use your handyman skills to help keep our community safe, beautiful, and running smoothly
• Organize and maintain maintenance supplies and tools
• Help create a welcoming environment our residents are proud to call home

What We’re Looking For:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• General maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Someone dependable, hands-on, and team-oriented
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
