About the Role As an RBT with Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will play a vital role in providing high‑quality behavioral therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your primary responsibility will be to implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work closely with our team of experienced therapists and behavioral analysts to create a supportive and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development for our young clients.
