Are you looking to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry? Our State Farm office is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to develop customer service, sales, and administrative skills while working in a professional office environment.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Scan and organize documents into the system.
• Assist with prospecting for new customers.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently.
• Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships.
• Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

• I have been a State Farm agent since 2008.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
• Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Bronze Tablet
