Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a CVOR position in Dallas, TX requiring 2+ years of cardiovascular/vascular OR experience and an active TX or compact RN license.
Details
- Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) specialty unit
- 1:1 patient ratio
- 3x12-hour AM shifts, Monday through Friday
- Nightly and weekend on-call requirements
- Navy scrub color required
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification (AHA only)
- Minimum 2 years of CVOR, cardiovascular, or vascular surgical experience required
- 2 professional references required
- Mandatory flu vaccination with no exemptions granted during flu season (AugustNovember)
Additional Information
- Coordinate patient care delivery using the nursing process, from assessment through evaluation
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify for the travel position
- No local candidates accepted
- Previous Baylor perm employees subject to eligibility verification before consideration
