Life Insurance Sales Advisor

The Anderson Johnson Agency is an independent insurance agency focused on protecting families through personalized life insurance solutions. We are selectively adding licensed life insurance agents who are professional, coachable, and interested in long-term growth within a supportive environment.
This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for licensed agents who want access to quality leads, mentorship, and a proven sales process without micromanagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with clients who have requested information
- Conduct phone or Zoom appointments
- Assess client needs and present appropriate life insurance solutions
- Follow up professionally and consistently
- Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship
What We Provide:

- Mentorship from experienced agency leadership
Qualifications:
- Active life insurance license (required)
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable and professional
- S.-based applicants only
Role Details:
- Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Compensation: Commission-based (earnings vary by performance); this is not a W-2 position
- Schedule: Flexible (part-time or full-time)
- Location: Remote – United States
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- S. resident (currently hiring in the U.S. only)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (we help with this)
- Comfortable working remotely with internet access
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and coachable
