HVAC Manager

We are working with a growing Mechanical Contractor, looking to bring on an experienced HVAC Manager. Specifically, we are looking for someone with 8+ years of HVAC experience. Responsibilities: Manage projects from design to completion by communicating with and assisting technicians daily Tracks and controls project schedule and costs to make sure projects are completed on-time and within budget. Negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contracts Complete site evaluations at the end of each project to ensure project is completed to standard Create proposals to install new or replacement; upgrade HVAC systems. Prepare and submit weekly status updates on the progress of the project Requirements: 8+years of experience in the HVAC industry Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services Prior experience having been responsible for project financials Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to travel locally as required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation The annual salary for this position is between 160k-200k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
