Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a focus in Pediatrics to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced nursing care to pediatric patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. This role requires clinical expertise, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering evidence-based, culturally competent care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical exams and developmental screenings
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric health conditions
Prescribe medications and initiate appropriate treatment plans
Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR)
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care models
Adhere to all organizational, state, and federal healthcare regulations

Qualifications:
Masters or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
National certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
Current, unrestricted Florida RN and APRN licensure
DEA registration or eligibility
Previous clinical experience in pediatric care (preferred)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
