HR Generalist II

Danaher seeks an HR Generalist II to manage complex human resources cases and support employee lifecycle services across the Life Sciences Platform. The role requires expertise in policy application, case resolution, and continuous improvement within a standardized HR delivery model, based remotely in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex HR cases and provide subject matter expertise on employee lifecycle transactions and policy interpretation
- Partner with People Partners, HR Business Partners, and other teams to escalate issues and deliver end-to-end service
- Support people leaders with performance management, documentation, and HR processes including talent acquisition activities
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems for compliance, auditability, and knowledge management
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Human Resources operations, shared services, employee relations, or generalist discipline experience
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex HR cases within established policies
- Proficiency with HRIS, case management systems, and related business applications
- Data analysis skills and experience supporting process improvement initiatives
Compensation: $72,500–$95,000 base, plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
