Employment Position – Facility Maintenance / General HousekeepingR.P. Lumber Location: Corporate Office in Edwardsville, ILThis position is for Part-Time employmentFlexible Work Shift: Monday - Friday (will work only two to three days/week, between 16-20 hours total for the week) - NO WEEKENDS!Some flexibility to work less than eight hours/day.Preferred schedule is to work staggered days of the week: Mondays and Fridays OR Tuesdays and Thursdays, etc. (not back-to-back days)Job DutiesGeneral office cleaning, to include cleaning of public areas, conference rooms, offices, kitchen, and restroomsSweep, mop floorsEmpty trash containersDust furniture and shelvesWash front entrance glass doors, interior glass doorsUse appropriate cleaners/cleaning equipment as instructed/trainedJob RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED preferredCustodial experience (1 year preferred)Able to read and comprehend written and verbal instructionsPhysical activity to include bending, stooping, wiping, stretching, etc.Successful applicants are subject to pre-employment drug testing, pre-employment background check and driver history checks in accordance with applicable federal and state law.Pay Rate / Wages & Benefits$15 - $17 (Hourly Rate)Potential pay rate based upon region, experience, education, licenses and certificationsPay Transparency: This compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location or locations.
