If you are looking to get a start with a highly technical team with the desire to travel to programs across the continental United States.Responsibilities:Assist in engineering, design, and installation of electrical power systemsDesign, develop, modify and evaluate electronic parts, components, integrated circuitryAnalyze equipment to establish operating dataConduct experimental testsDevelop designs according to system requirementsWork hands on installing, repairing and maintenance of generators, motors, Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS), control panels, HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems such as timers, circuit breakers, feeders, coils, and relays.Train staff in system repairs, operations, procedures and troubleshootingUse of electrical test equipmentDetermining root cause of malfunctions and correcting themWork with industrial, military and commercial electrical wiring, repair and maintenance as well as mechanical-system troubleshootingDesign schematics and wiring diagrams for implementationWork in a team environment, Quality Team MemberWrite customer system specific installation and operator maintenance manuals which include detailed drawings, test plans and proceduresCoordinate the procurement of electrical components from commercial and DOD vendors to meet requirementsCollaborates with engineering staffQualifications:Required:A Minimum of a Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCIBSEE from an ABET accredited college or universityWorking knowledge of single and 3 phase circuits power circuits7+ years working experienceDesired:Military communications experience in a tactical environmentActive TS/SCIFive plus years commercial/industrial electrical experienceEE-98J Journeyman Electrical License or relevant experienceFamiliarity with the NFPA-70 National Electric CodeWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
