2026/2027 Position Elementary Teacher (3rd Grade) Classification: MCTEA Location: Bunker Elementary Reports to: Building Principal Deadline to Apply: Until filled Position Available: 2026/2027 Academic Year Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate as required by MDE. Elementary K-5 All Subjects (ZG) Endorsement Preferred Previous classroom teaching experience in a comparable district. Responsibilities See attached job description Salary/Benefits Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule. Starting range $53,887-$78,454. Medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance coverage offered. Eligible for Michigan ORS retirement plan for public school employees. Paid time off includes ten (1) sick leave day, three (3) personal days, and two (2) professional improvement days, 72 hours of ESTA leave. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sylvania
