Atrium Health's 14-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit in Monroe, NC is seeking an experienced RN to deliver high-acuity care to adults with sepsis, respiratory failure, and post-arrest patients. You will participate in governance, clinical protocols, and care coordination with the multidisciplinary team. You will assess needs, develop plans, and execute treatments while maintaining safety, documentation, and professional development.
