As an experienced school psychologist, you will contribute your expertise within a collaborative team that values a holistic, workload-based approach to student support. This role is based at a central office near Richmond, TX, with assignments at two to three nearby schools, ensuring variety and engagement in your daily work.

What you'll bring:

• Current School Psychologist licensure in Texas
• Experience providing psychoeducational evaluations, consultations, and intervention planning in school settings
• Strong understanding of special education processes, multi-tiered systems of support, and compliance with state mandates
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
• Flexibility and commitment to support a range of student needs

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive student assessments, interpreting results, and preparing clear reports
• Participating in ARD/IEP meetings, contributing to eligibility determinations and service recommendations
• Delivering consultative support to school teams, promoting evidence-based interventions and problem-solving strategies
• Supporting the development of positive behavioral, social, and academic outcomes for students
• Coordinating with other school specialists while based primarily at the central office
• Utilizing a workload model to maximize student impact, not just manage paperwork
