The Position:

Our client is seeking an experienced  Interventional Pain Management Physician to join their growing practice in  Fort Myers, Florida .   This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician looking to build a long-term practice with significant earning potential and future leadership opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

• $350,000 Guaranteed Base Salary for Year One
• 40% of Collections After $800,000 During Year One
• Year Two: 40% of Net Collections

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Fellowship Training in Pain Management, Interventional Spine, or Related Specialty Preferred
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, Pain Medicine, or Related Specialty
• Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• Active DEA Registration
• BLS and ACLS Certification
• Leadership Experience Preferred
• Experience with Interventional Pain Procedures

Responsibilities

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Outpatient Practice
• Approximately 20 Patients Per Day
• Evaluate, Diagnose, and Treat Acute and Chronic Pain Conditions
• Develop Individualized Treatment Plans
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Care Teams
• Maintain Accurate EMR Documentation (eClinicalWorks)

• Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injections
• Facet Joint Injections
• Medial Branch Blocks
• Sacroiliac Joint Injections
• Radiofrequency Ablations
• Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials and Implants
• Dorsal Root Ganglion Stimulation
• Intrathecal Pain Pump Trials and Implants
• Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD)
• Sacroiliac Joint Fusion
• Basivertebral Nerve Ablation
