Beam Organics is seeking a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to scale our creator-driven sales. You will source products, recruit and activate creators, and design commission structures that convert partnerships into measurable GMV. You’ll work with our TikTok Shop team, agency, and freelancers, coordinating deals, tracking performance dashboards, and moving quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
