Job Description \n Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Gillette, Wyoming. Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care \n Discipline: RN \n Start Date: 09/28/2026 \n Duration: 13 weeks \n 40 hours per week \n Shift: 10 hours \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n Registered Nurse – OR/PACU \n Schedule: 4×10s, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, with call\n Trauma Level: 3\n Charting: MEDITECH\n Possible float to hospital surgery department \n 2 years of OR experience preferred, ambulatory surgery experience a plus \n \n Responsibilities: \n \n Pre-op and post-op patient assessment and care \n Patient/family education and discharge instructions \n Communicate with surgeons and anesthesiologists \n IV starts, injections, blood draws, monitoring, and emergency care \n Maintain accurate electronic documentation \n \n Important: Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not accepted .
