Behavior Specialist

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support students in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this role, you will implement research-based behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families. You will coach staff in positive behavior supports, contribute to IEP meetings, and help students build skills for success.
