NOW HIRING – BAKER | INDUSTRIAL BAKERY

Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

We are looking for dependable and hardworking Bakers to join an industrial baking operation. This position involves assisting with the preparation, production, baking, cooling, and packaging of baked goods in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and production instructions
• Measure and portion ingredients accurately
• Prepare dough, batters, and other baking products
• Operate baking and production equipment as trained
• Monitor products throughout the baking and production process
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Assist with cooling, packaging, labeling, and organizing finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Work efficiently as part of a production team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday
• Previous baking, food production, manufacturing, or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
