Clerk (PAP Authorization) - Adult Medication Clinic
Tropical Texas Behavioral Health
Description Performs routine administrative support or technical program assistance work. Work involves preparing reports, forms, and documents; maintaining files, may train other administrative support staff to perform related activities. Performs related work as assigned. Ensures the expeditious submission of pharmacy claims and the accuracy of pharmacy related CARE data. Verifies medication invoices to ensure accuracy of medication expenditures. Works under the direct supervision of the Medication Clinic Supervisor. Requirements Graduation from an accredited high school or GED. One (1) year of work experience in an area related to duties of the position preferred. Must possess general clerical skills including the ability to operate various computer software packages and copy and fax machines; typing and filing; and answering phones and directing calls in a courteous and professional manner. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
