Job Details Location: Golden, CO Position Type: Full Time Salary: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full- Time, 32+ Hours/Week Responsibilities Deliver a world-class impression for guests and support parking operations. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a pleasant and helpful demeanor. Manage and resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Issue receipts and tickets to guests and make necessary changes. Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of assigned facilities. Qualifications One year of customer service experience (required). High school degree required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Minimum age of 25 to drive for Interstate Parking. Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills. Outgoing personality, organized, flexible, detail-oriented. Must be able to multi-task and work in all weather conditions.
