We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Automotive Parts Counter Professional who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and helping keep our service department running efficiently.

Whether you're helping a customer find the right part or ensuring our technicians have everything they need to complete repairs, you'll play a vital role in delivering the exceptional experience our customers expect.

What You'll Do Daily :

• Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories.
• Support our technicians by accurately locating and delivering parts to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Build relationships by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Process sales transactions accurately using our dealership management system.
• Maintain organized inventory, stock incoming shipments, and assist with inventory counts.
• Research parts using manufacturer catalogs and electronic lookup systems.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department.
• Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure every customer has an outstanding experience.

What We're Looking For :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous automotive parts experience is preferred but we're willing to train the right motivated candidate.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated work ethic, and a team-first mentality.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
• Monthly commision/bonus.
• Expected annual earnings: $28,000$43,000 - base rate.

Pay is based on experience and will be reviewed during the interview process in more detail.
