Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, seeks an HR Manager, Construction to serve as the HR business partner for Dacon’s construction operations. You will align HR strategy with construction goals, managing employee relations, labor relations, workforce planning, and talent development for a union craft workforce. You will travel between our Houston and Deer Park offices, partnering with operations and legal counsel to administer agreements, resolve sensitive issues, and enable project #J-18808-Ljbffr Dashiell
