• Experience: Minimum 12 months, high-volume adult and pediatric urgent care; no new grads

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Pay package discussed upon application)

What You ll Do:

• Provide high-quality urgent care services to adult and pediatric patients (ages 6 months and up)
• Manage a patient caseload independently, including minor procedures such as lac repairs and ear irrigation
• Document patient encounters using Epic EMR with provided training
• Collaborate with support staff and follow clinic protocols
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and credentialing requirements
• Participate in scheduled training sessions and onboarding process

What You Need:

• Active North Carolina medical license and DEA
• Minimum of 12 months urgent care or primary care experience treating both adults and pediatrics
• Board certification in PA or family NP certification
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system
• Excellent communication and soft skills to support team and patient needs
• Ability to work independently, handle high patient volume, and participate in mandatory training sessions
