Material Handling Floater

Job Description

Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable Material Handling Floater to support warehouse, production, and facility operations. This is a hands-on role involving material movement, packaging, palletizing, and general labor as needed across different departments.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, move, stage, and organize materials
Assist with receiving, inventory counts, and material verification
Package cabinets and finished goods, including palletizing
Use pallet jacks and hand trucks when trained and authorized
Perform general labor, sorting, lifting, and organizing
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
Support production and other departments as assigned

Qualifications

Warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the day
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
