Senior Billing Specialist

Senior Billing Specialist A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join a midsized law firm in a full-time, onsite role. This individual will support a high-volume billing environment and play a key role in maintaining accurate, timely billing processes. Key Responsibilities Manage monthly billing cycle for ~700 invoices, including a hard close at month-end Handle both electronic (60%) and paper (40%) legal billing, including resolving rejections Partner with attorneys and internal teams to ensure compliance with firm‑specific billing guidelines Support AP/AR functions and assist with collections Utilize legal billing software (LawTime or similar all‑in‑one system) Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of legal billing experience (law firm required) Experience with electronic billing platforms (e.g., Legal Tracker, Collaborati, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment Ability to pass a background check (criminal, employment, education) Equal Opportunity Employer Statement We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
