We help homeowners transform their homes through a thoughtful, structured process built on trust, communication, craftsmanship, and strong relationships.We're looking for a Sales Assistant to become an organized, dependable right hand within our sales operation.This is more than a traditional support role. It is a career-track opportunity for someone who wants to learn the business, work directly alongside the owner, and grow into a future Project Guide.You'll begin by helping manage the back office of our sales engine, keeping the calendar, CRM, follow-up, documents, and client communication organized and moving forward. As you demonstrate ownership and capability, you'll take on greater responsibility and develop the skills needed to manage your own client relationships and sales pipeline.Career path: Sales Assistant → Project Guide → Sales Management / OperationsConstruction experience is not required. We're more interested in strong organizational skills, warmth, follow-through, curiosity, and the ability to learn.What You'll DoYou'll help keep our sales process organized, responsive, and moving forward by:Managing appointments and calendars.Supporting follow-up and communication with prospective clients.Preparing agreements, follow-up materials, and client-facing documents.Maintaining accurate opportunities, notes, stages, and next steps in HubSpot.Helping ensure important follow-ups and opportunities do not fall through the cracks.Supporting preparation for discovery and design conversations.Working directly with the owner to learn PK Builders' consultative sales process.Gaining exposure to Sandler methodology and relationship-based selling.Taking ownership of the details that create a smooth, professional experience for prospective clients.What Success Looks LikeSuccessful Sales Assistants at PK Builders:Keep the sales pipeline organized and moving forward.Follow through consistently and manage details effectively.Build trust with clients and team members.Anticipate needs and take ownership without waiting to be told.Maintain accurate and disciplined CRM records.Learn quickly and apply feedback.Develop sound judgment and confidence in client interactions.Within your first 90 days, you'll be expected to make a meaningful impact by helping create a cleaner CRM, a more organized sales calendar, smoother document preparation, and stronger follow-through across the sales process.QualificationsRequiredStrong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities.Professional and personable communication with clients.Experience using Google Workspace.Comfortable learning and using CRM software.A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.Located in or able to reliably commute to the Charlotte, NC area.PreferredExperience in sales support, client service, administration, coordination, or executive support.Experience using HubSpot or another CRM.Exposure to consultative or relationship-based sales.Experience supporting a sales professional or business owner.Compensation & Career GrowthWe offer a base salary of $50,000 to $60,000, with flexibility for exceptionally qualified candidates.The role also includes a quarterly performance bonus tied to sales results, including completed Design Agreements and Construction Contracts.As you grow and take on greater responsibility, you'll have the opportunity to advance into a Project Guide role with compensation that reflects your sales responsibility and performance.Ready to Build Your Career with PK Builders?If you're organized, personable, dependable, and excited about learning consultative sales while building a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.Submit your resume and a brief introduction telling us why you're interested in joining PK Builders.
