Job Details Job Location: School Based Services - Evansville, IN 47713 Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time School-Based Therapist to add to our team of professionals. This position will work in our Child & Family Services Division and provide school-based assessments, therapy and other services to children and their families. $3,000 Sign-On BONUS offered for this position!!! ($1,500 after 90 days / $1,500 after 6 months of full-time employment) Please note that the candidate selected for this role may choose between a 10-month or 12-month position. WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR? This position is year-round. Provide individual, family and group therapy to children identified to be at-risk by their school. Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment services in a school setting. Maintain appropriate records of services to reflect patient progress and document treatment plans and goals. Maintain documentation and submit reports according to established time frames. Communicate professionally, make referrals and coordinate services with community agencies. Conduct consultation and education activities to community and professional groups as needed. Maintain contact with other service providers, community agencies, schools, and civic organizations to enhance community awareness and public relations. Qualifications / Requirements Applicants must have a Master's Degree AND have one of the following licenses: temp LSW, LSW, LCSW, LMFT-A, LMFT, LMHC-A, or LMHC. Preference given to fully licensed candidates. Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance that meets the Indiana State minimum coverage requirement and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance.
