Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our warehouse/manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and inspecting materials, preparing orders, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to work independently, and have strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products

· Record inventory transactions accurately in the computer system

· Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts

· Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment

· Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies

· Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations

· Match purchase orders, packing slips, and inventory records

· Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

· Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies

· Perform other warehouse and inventory duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Previous inventory, receiving, fulfillment, or warehouse experience preferred

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately
