Day to day, you'll see a broad mix: diagnosing and managing medical derm conditions, performing in-office surgical procedures, and delivering cosmetic services aligned with your training and interest. The clinic is set up to support efficient patient flow, and the support staff and clinical infrastructure are in place so you can focus on the medicine. The greater Phoenix area offers a warm climate, affordable cost of living relative to other major metros, robust outdoor recreation, and a large and growing patient population that supports long-term practice stability. *Why This Role Stands Out* * Established patient flow from day one, with no cold-start panel building required * True full-scope practice: medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology under one roof * No call, ever, with complete work-life separation * Privately owned practice with the culture and autonomy that comes with it * Structured mentorship available for new graduates entering independent practice * Competitive base salary with a percentage-of-collections upside option for high performers * Multiple Phoenix-area locations available, including Chandler, Mesa, Sun City, and Avondale *Job Duties & Responsibilities* * Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical dermatologic conditions across a diverse patient population * Perform dermatologic surgical procedures including excisions, biopsies, and other in-office procedures appropriate to training and scope * Provide cosmetic dermatology services aligned with training and clinical interest * Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice and regulatory standards * Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive skin care * Collaborate with clinical staff and medical assistants to support efficient, well-paced patient flow * Uphold quality, safety, and professional standards of care throughout all patient interactions * Participate in ongoing CME and professional development activities *Required Qualifications* * MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school * Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology * Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain prior to start * Ability to obtain hospital or surgical privileges if applicable *Preferred Qualifications* * Interest or experience in cosmetic dermatology procedures * Fellowship training in procedural or cosmetic dermatology is a plus but not required * Strong patient communication skills and a team-oriented approach *Apply for Consideration* Submit your updated CV/resume to be considered.
