As a veterinarian-owned and operated urgent care clinic, we combine the medicine and case variety of emergency practice with the consistency and quality of life of general practice. We're looking for an experienced DVM who enjoys surgery, practices confidently and compassionately, and wants to be part of a positive, team-first environment.

• $150,000-$180,000+ annually based on experience
• Straight salary or salary + production options

What You Bring

• Active Texas DVM license (or ability to obtain)
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Confidence practicing independently in an urgent care setting
• Strong surgical interest and solid medical judgment
• Commitment to patient care and client communication
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach to medicine
• Urgent care or emergency experience is a plus, but not required
