Job Title Machine Technician Location Geneva, IL Pay $25.64 + incentive pay Shifts Available (2nd & 3rd OR Weekends) What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k with company match Paid vacation + 13 paid holidays Annual performance bonus Fitness reimbursement & employee battery program PPE and uniforms provided Recognition programs What You Will Do Operate and troubleshoot production equipment Monitor machine settings, materials, and product quality Perform machine changeovers and adjustments Use hand tools to support production operations Assist with basic equipment maintenance Record production and quality data Follow all safety procedures What We Look For 2+ years of previous machine operating experience required Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing environment Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to learn and follow production formulas and processes Basic computer and math skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Experience We Like to See Production Technician, Process Operator, Machine Operator, Manufacturing Technician Additional Information Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and physical (as applicable). As a Dry Application Facility , we manufacture batteries for the automotive and marine industries.
