Shelter Insurance is looking for an entrepreneurial individual to become a Shelter Insurance Agent based in Marysville, OH. Responsibilities Develop prospects and sell Shelter products as the primary focus of the agency. Build and operate your own agency, including developing a client base and meeting sales requirements. Bring on staff to help with administrative duties and enhance sales efforts. Act as a true business owner, managing finances and fulfilling any outstanding financial responsibilities upon departure. Qualifications Motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong communication skills for a sales-oriented environment. Some sales experience and a general business degree are helpful but not mandatory. Willingness to complete Shelter’s in‑house and virtual training programs and ongoing industry education.
