About the Role:

• Provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents and patients

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Transfer and reposition residents and patients as needed

• Take vital signs, measure height and weight, and report changes to the healthcare team

• Assist with medication administration and documentation

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and activities

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established procedures and standards

• Participate in Shift Meetings and Patient Care Conferences to discuss patient progress and concerns

• Perform delegated tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the nursing team

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

• Respond to calls for assistance and provide support as needed

• Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge
