This location fosters teamwork and continuous learning, making it an excellent setting for professionals who want to contribute to delivering life-changing therapies while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.The Senior Facilities Engineer provides management and technical assistance to employees and contractors in support of the repair and maintenance of equipment, utilities, and facilities. Supports manufacturing and packaging operations by providing quality, compliant, and reliable facilities, systems and equipment used in the development and manufacture of pharmaceutical products. Ensures maintenance, repair and operation of utilities and equipment are performed in the most efficient method as possible while maintaining cGMP compliance.The role:Ensure the facility utilities, buildings, grounds, equipment and services are available for support of manufacturing operations.Management of the site maintenance labor/repair budgetManage site contract maintenance servicesEnsure regulatory compliance by performing quality, effective and timely completion of maintenance projects or activitiesUse communication skills to achieve positive business relationships with employees, customers and vendors while maintaining company goalsEnsure the level of service provided by facility vendors meets required standardsSchedule/coordinate maintenance shutdownsSupport the maintenance department by providing technical assistance as requiredDevelop and manage preventative maintenance policies to ensure facility and equipment reliabilityThe candidate:Bachelor Science - Related Technical DisciplineMinimum 5-10 years of working experience with bachelor's degree in architectural, Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
