Fund Accountant

CV Resources is partnering with a well-established private equity firm to identify a skilled Fund Accountant. This role supports day‑to‑day accounting operations across multiple entities within a sophisticated investment platform. Key Responsibilities Perform day‑to‑day fund and entity accounting Prepare and support financial statements and investor reporting Manage fund accounting, partnership accounting, and capital accounts Handle construction and project accounting, including cost tracking and allocations Record intercompany transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations Complete bank reconciliations and oversee weekly A/P Maintain electronic files and support audits and administrative needs as required Coordinate with third‑party fund administrators as needed Qualifications Strong experience preparing financial statements and financial reporting Proven background in project accounting and fund accounting Hands‑on experience with partnership accounting, capital accounts, and consolidations Proficiency with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) Advanced working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr CV Resources
