Position: Medical Expert (M.D./D.O.)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $115$150/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Write clinical vignettes from your practice including presentation labs imaging and reference answers for model grading.
- Grade model outputs on diagnostic reasoning ensuring differentials are ordered sensibly and workups are guideline-concordant.
- Flag recommendations that are defensible in textbooks but incorrect for specific patients due to comorbidities or access issues.
- Provide clear structured feedback to improve AI model performance .
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI training .
Qualifications
Must-Have
- M.D. or D.O. with board certification and a current active unrestricted license.
- Active or recent clinical practice with the ability to explain clinical reasoning.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguous tasks and willingness to flag unclear instructions.
Preferred
- Final-year residents and fellows are welcome.
