Order Selector

Role Overview: Responsible for completing customer orders by selecting products from warehouse racks, assembling, palletizing, and wrapping items. Operates powered industrial equipment such as pallet jacks and works in dry, cooled, or frozen environments. Ensures product safety and quality by inspecting, reporting damages, and utilizing proper wrapping techniques. Maintains a clean, safe workspace and adheres to safety policies. Key Responsibilities Locate, lift, and handle various grocery and perishable products based on order sheets or audio headsets. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect equipment and products, report issues, and prevent damages. Follow instructions accurately to meet production standards in a fast-paced environment. Work in multi-temperature areas, including freezers and coolers. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior experience in order selecting and operating industrial equipment is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks, lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, and work in varying temperatures. Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Physical & Other Requirements Must frequently sit, walk, stand, and handle objects; work in a warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels; be able to work shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
