• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
• Follow communication guidelines and protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• A positive and customer-oriented attitude.
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
