Our Allstate agency is hiring motivated individuals to join our sales department as Insurance Sales Trainees. No insurance experience or license is required.

As a trainee, you will work directly alongside our licensed sales team, learning our sales process while helping generate and qualify business for the department. You will speak with prospective customers, follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and connect qualified opportunities with licensed sales professionals.

As you gain experience, meet performance expectations, and achieve established milestones, you will begin training for your insurance license while continuing to work. We will provide the support and resources needed to help you become licensed.

Once licensed and fully trained, you will have the opportunity to transition into our dedicated sales team. This promotion comes with a higher salary, a substantially higher commission structure, and much greater earning potential.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with our sales department and learn our proven sales process
• Make outbound calls to warm internet leads and prospective customers
• Build rapport and gather basic information from prospects
• Identify interested customers and connect them with licensed sales professionals
• Schedule appointments and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects by phone, text, and email
• Accurately document activity and customer information in our CRM
• Meet established daily and monthly call, contact, and opportunity goals
• Participate in regular coaching, training, and performance reviews

Previous sales, customer service, or call-center experience is helpful but not required.
