Veterinary Technician (Credentialed) - Farview Veterinary Hospital - Privately Owned

Independence, MO (just outside Kansas City)

Farview Veterinary Hospital is looking for a full-time or part-time credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our close-knit, fun-loving team. If you enjoy hands-on medicine, a supportive crew, and a clinic that truly values quality care, this could be a great fit.

About Us

We're a privately owned small animal practice (cats and dogs only) that's been part of the community since the 1980s. Our mission is simple: provide the best possible medicine while maintaining a positive, team-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist with surgery (4-5 days/week: spay/neuter, dentals, mass removals, occasional specialty)
• Support wellness visits, urgent care, and diagnostics
• Work with modern equipment including digital x-ray, ultrasound, CO₂ laser, HT Vista, and cold laser
• Help deliver excellent patient care alongside a collaborative team

What We're Looking For

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (RVT, LVT, or CVT)
• Someone who enjoys teamwork, communication, and patient care
• Experience in surgery, anesthesia, and dentistry is a plus
• Full-time or part-time availability

Schedule & Pay

• Clinic hours: 8am-6pm
• Flexible full-time or part-time options
• $21-$22/hour (based on experience)
