Hybrid | $150,000-$200,000 + variable compensation WHAT YOU'LL DO: Act as the primary advisor for a select group of high-net-worth individuals, families, executives, and business owners Help clients navigate complex financial decisions by developing thoughtful, comprehensive wealth strategies Partner with clients over the long term, providing proactive guidance as their financial goals evolve Collaborate with attorneys, CPAs, insurance professionals, and other outside advisors to deliver a seamless client experience Identify planning opportunities across investments, retirement, tax, estate, risk management, charitable giving, and legacy planning Guide clients through implementation while leveraging technology and planning tools to create an exceptional advisory experience Play an active role in the continued growth and evolution of a modern wealth management platform WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 7+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, private banking, family office, or a related advisory environment Strong investment knowledge and planning expertise Experience advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills An entrepreneurial mindset and excitement for helping build something special Family office experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
