Market Director, Industrial Sales

You’ll be instrumental in driving our success by understanding the market, growing key client relationships, and empowering your team to deliver exceptional service and results every day! This means setting clear goals, providing coaching and development, and strategizing on market opportunities to achieve outstanding results together! Responsibilities Driving Growth & Building Relationships: You’ll be key in understanding the market and building strong connections with clients to grow our business and increase our market share. Leading for Success: You’ll empower your team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Ensuring Top-Notch Delivery: You’ll work to make sure our talent and client satisfaction scores are excellent, focusing on quality experiences for everyone. Strategic Planning & Execution: You’ll be analyzing data, setting sales targets, and working with the delivery team to create and implement effective talent strategies. Championing Improvement & Innovation: You’ll encourage the adoption of new tools and ways of working to boost efficiency and help your team achieve even greater results. Background You have at least 5 years of business to business sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years managing a sales team Experience working in the staffing industry is preferred, but not required. Without staffing experience, we want you to have experience selling solutions to a similar client base as ours. (Manufacturing and Logistics) You have achieved sustainable business growth, gained market share, and have maximized productivity with a business span of at least $1M.
