If you are looking to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing and customer acquisition, this role is for you. As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll work directly with our User Acquisition team, providing support and project management to help us grow, scale and acquire customers more effectively. You will help to build, develop and lead paid digital marketing programs, at both a strategic and tactical level. This role is ideal for recent grads who thrive in ambiguity, like a good challenge, and want to jump start their growth marketing career.What You Have:Completing or having completed a bachelor's degree from a leading institutionExpert familiarity with large social platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snap, and X)You're an active social media user, specifically on TikTokAbility to drive end-to-end projects with little guidance or supervisionResourceful and happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job doneAre a strong communicator, both written and oralProficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or Google equivalents). Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design skills are a plus.What You'll Be Doing:Work alongside the growth and marketing teams to solve some of our most pressing user acquisition challengesSupport ad content development: Work with agencies and influencers to conceptualize and create compelling ad content for core and emerging channelsHelp the team coordinate, develop and launch new paid advertising campaigns across a variety of marketing channelsWork cross-functionally within the marketing organization to drive user acquisition initiativesGain experience working on programs across the entire marketing funnel from campaign set up, reporting and optimizations, all the way through the customer journeyHelp shape key business decisions to drive new customer acquisitionAssist with the development of customer and influencer relationshipsThe anticipated annual base salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below).
