Front Office Concierge Medical Receptionist

Prestigious plastic surgery practice in Sacramento is looking for a full-time Concierge Receptionist. This position is a full time, Monday - Friday, 8:45/9:00am to 5:00pm.

This position is highly visible and requires an exceptional level of customer service.

The Patient Concierge will be responsible for answering phones for 3 offices, redirecting calls as needed, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, entering complete patient demographics, distributing mail and other information as necessary, coordinating the overall flow and functions of the front desk, other duties as assigned.

Experience in a plastic surgery environment is a plus or similar customer service at a high end retail or hospitality environment.

Must be professional and polished.

Must be able to multi-task.

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must be well organized and detail oriented, with the ability to identify and solve problems effectively.

Must be able to work independently, perform well under pressure and adapt to change.

Must be computer literate and able to type accurately.
