This opportunity is designed for a seasoned attorney who brings strong legal judgment, confidence with complex transactions, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy. What You'll Get: Base Salary: $150,000–$175,000 Growth Opportunity and PTO Responsibilities: Guide transactions and ensure matters move forward smoothly Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and documents Communicate with clients and other parties throughout the legal process Collaborate with the team while managing matters independently Contribute strategic insight to the continued growth and direction of the practice Qualifications: D from an accredited law school and active Delaware Bar admission More than 5 years of legal experience, preferably in transactional law Background in real estate, business, lending, or related legal matters Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively Compensation: $150,000 – $ 175,000 base salary
