Deputy Program Manager

Deputy PM, TX X-Bow facility Responsibilities/ Qualifications Candidate shall have experience with Solid Rocket Motor operations and the sequencing of build from initial propellant mixing and inert fabrication to rocket motor integration and delivery. Candidate shall have experience with Solid Rocket Motor operations and the sequencing of build from initial propellant mixing and inert fabrication to rocket motor integration and delivery. Candidate shall identify and solve problems via implementation of actions as it relates to site development design and construction projects. Candidate shall have knowledge of and ability to implement Earned Value Lite financial data analysis techniques in support of design and construction projects. Candidate shall support other business management needs such as tracking funding, tracking budgets, tracking financial health of the project and any financial reporting deliverables to stakeholders. Candidate shall have knowledge of green field site development and ability to produce Statements of Work, review proposals and execute such efforts with General Contractors. Candidate shall develop and manage design and construction schedules, risks and opportunities across the various site development efforts. Candidate shall be able to communicate project progress, challenges and outcomes to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment. Candidate shall have the ability to lead and coordinate with a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration and accountability across all project areas. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in explosive or hazardous manufacturing environments. U.S. Person required.
