This contract position offers a blend of in-person and virtual work, enabling meaningful engagement onsite and through innovative teletherapy. You’ll provide comprehensive physical therapy services, collaborate with dedicated professionals, and make a real difference for children and adolescents across multiple school sites.

Desired Experience & Skills:

• Current, active Physical Therapist license valid in South Carolina
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred
• Comfortable managing both onsite caseloads and virtual (VOCO) sessions
• Ability to supervise a licensed PTA for VOCO services
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable with a commitment to student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs and district policies
• Perform assessments, create and implement therapy plans, and monitor student progress
• Engage in accurate documentation, reporting, and paperwork (both onsite and via VOCO)
• Collaborate closely with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Supervise a licensed PTA for virtual (VOCO) physical therapy services as required
• Maintain compliance with all state laws, regulations, and ethical standards for PT practice
