Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Cary to identify a Caster/Foundry Worker to join their team!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare steel molds, risers, and clean molten alumium
- Preheat molds using a torch
- Test molten metal quality
- Install heating element or chiller subassemblies into molds
- Assemble molds to production specifications
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment
- Ability to read work orders and use a ruler and calipers
