Responsibilities

·         Assessing the installation site and preparing it by cleaning and leveling the surface.

·         Removing old flooring and debris to ensure a clean and smooth base for new installations.

·         Measuring the area accurately to determine the amount of material needed.

·         Installing various types of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, carpet and polish concrete.

·         Cutting flooring materials to fit around corners, edges, and obstacles.

·         Using adhesives, nails, staples, or other methods to secure flooring materials in place.

·         Ensuring that the flooring is laid evenly and smoothly, with no gaps or imperfections.

·         Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional attitude and good communication skills.

Qualifications

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

·         Must be able to pass a background check.

·         Experience in flooring installation and repair is required.

·         Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

·         Ability to work well in a team environment.

·         Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for flooring installation.

·         Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during installation.
